Scope: Provide a fully managed SD-WAN, hosting, and related services for 5 years starting 01 April 2026. Key deliverables: (1) SD-WAN: 19 offices (1 head office, 9 provincial, 5 regional, 4 satellite) with secure fibre (primary) and APN (secondary) links, encryption, firewalls, IPS, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and routing. Bandwidth: 200Mbps (HQ), 30-50Mbps (provincial), 20Mbps (regional), 8Mbps (satellite). (2) Internet: 2x 200Mbps lines with firewall, proxy, DNS, mail relay, antispam, antivirus, and content filtering (99.9% availability). (3) Website: Design, host, manage, and secure a dynamic website with chatbot, SEO, analytics, content management, and 98% availability. (4) Remote access: Secure VPN for external access to internal applications. (5) Migration: Full migration from SITA, including IP retention.
