• SANEDI will provide the logo and CI manual.
• Supplier must brand all units using high-quality printing or laser engraving.
• Branding must be durable and professional.
• Digital mock-ups must be submitted for approval before production.
• All final artwork and products become the property of SANEDI.
• Delivery:
• All units must be securely packaged and delivered to SANEDI offices.
• Supplier must include replacement units for any damaged or faulty items.
• Quality Assurance:
• All products must be functional and tested before delivery.
• Defective units must be replaced within agreed timelines.
• Consistent branding quality must be maintained across all units.

• Brand all 350 units with the SANEDI logo using high-quality printing or laser engraving.

• You must submit a portfolio of previous work; quality, innovation, and relevance are scored out of 5 points.

• The supplier must ensure all power banks are functional and tested before delivery.

• Phase 1: Project Kick-off Meeting (Days 1-2).
• Phase 2: Submission of Branding Mock-up (Days 3-4).
• Phase 3: Approval of Artwork (Day 4).
• Phase 4: Production & Branding (Days 5-11).
• Phase 5: Delivery to SANEDI (within 7 working days after production).
