1. Gazebos – 3 m × 3 m, waterproof 100 % polyester canvas, ropes, pegs, mechanism and wheelie‑carry bag; supplied in two background colours (black + one colour to be specified).
2. Pull‑ups – 2 m × 1.2 m, non‑curl PVC, full‑colour logos, social‑media icons, website URL, mechanism and carry bag.
3. Wall banners – 3 m × 2.25 m, 100 % polyester fabric, collapsible aluminium frame, two design options (step‑and‑repeat logos or images with logos), mechanism and carry bag.
4. Parasol garden umbrellas – 10 units, two background colours (black + one colour to be specified), full‑colour logos, rubber water base, mechanism and wheelie‑carry bag.
5. Foldable plastic tables – 12 units, standard dimensions (details on supplier’s spec sheet).
6. A‑Frames – 2 m × 1 m, aluminium frame, full‑colour branding, lightweight, mechanism and carry bag.
7. Rectangular tablecloths – non‑stretch, 1 m, 10 units, 100 % poly‑poplin, thermal heat‑transfer print (1‑2 colours), washable.
8. Shark‑fin banners – double‑sided, 4 m × 2 m, 20 units, full‑colour print both sides, mechanism and carry bag.
9. Director’s chairs – foldable, 30 units, branding included.
