Bidders must have necessary skills, experience, and capacity; cannot be in service of the state, have directors/managers in state service, or be municipal advisors/consultants; joint ventures must be registered on CSD; functionality score of 70+ required before financial evaluation.
Appointment of a panel of maximum two (02) service providers for graphic design, animation, and promotional printing services for a period of 36 months, as and when required. Bidders must demonstrate necessary skills, experience, and capacity to perform the required work.
Compulsory documents (failure to submit results in disqualification): Copy of company registration certificate (CK), copy of current municipal account (not older than 3 months) or copy of Lease Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable, must be registered on CSD as Joint Venture), all forms filled in full, audited annual financial statements for the past 3 years. Non-compulsory (no points awarded if not submitted): Copy(ies) of share certificate(s), certified copy of medical certificate (where necessary), CSD summary report. Joint Ventures must be registered on CSD.
