Required team per service: Partner/Director, Senior Attorney, Junior Attorney or Candidate Attorney (all admitted to the High Court; Candidate Attorney must hold a recognised law qualification). Key deliverables: legal opinions, research reports, litigation support, progress reports, compliance with ACSA instructions, timely invoicing, adherence to service‑level agreements. Professional requirements: valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, Letter of Good Standing from the Legal Practice Council, registration with the Legal Practice Council, CSD number, tax compliance PIN, B‑BBEE certificate (if claiming preference). Quarterly performance reviews and a Quality Management Plan (template management, billing system, electronic research tools, business continuity plan) are mandatory.
