No part points are awarded in the Key Personnel section.

Key personnel technical requirements:

• Site Supervisor/Mechanic:
• SAQA Accredited trade test (Fitter/Millwrights).
• 2 years experience in maintenance of mechanical systems.
• 2 years experience in OHS.
• Any OHS Training certificate.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Technician:
• SAQA accredited trade test (Fitter or millwright).
• 3 years experience in maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• At least 1 year OHS experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Assistant Mechanical:
• N2 qualification.
• 1 year experience in maintenance of mechanical systems.

Key Personnel experience and qualifications:

• Guarantee/Warranties commitment letter must be signed by CEO/MD or delegated signatory (proof of delegation required).
• Points awarded for Key Personnel based on meeting all requirements; no part points.

Key personnel qualifications and experience requirements for quality assurance:

• Site Supervisor/Mechanic: SAQA trade test, mechanical systems maintenance experience, OHS experience and training, supervisory experience.
• Technician: SAQA trade test, hydraulic systems maintenance experience, OHS experience, supervisory experience.
• Assistant Mechanical: N2 qualification, mechanical systems maintenance experience.

Key compliance requirements:

• Company Experience: Must provide a list of projects (Appendix E) and reference letters (Appendix F) to prove experience.
• Guarantee and Warranties: Must submit a commitment letter on official company letterhead, signed by CEO/MD or delegated signatory (proof of written delegation required).
• Key Personnel: Must meet specific qualifications, experience, and affiliation requirements as per the table. Points awarded only for fully meeting requirements; no part points.

• Key Personnel (70 points): Includes roles such as Assistant Mechanical requiring N2 qualification and 1 year mechanical systems maintenance experience.

Personnel qualifications ensure quality:
