Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on original, unaltered Mogale City forms (not re-typed, scanned, or electronically completed). Use black ink only; pencil or erasable pen is invalid. No pages may be removed. Mandatory documents: completed and signed MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, CSD Registration Report, and pricing schedule (corrections must be initialed). Attendance at the compulsory briefing session on 29 May 2026 at 13:00 (Mayoral Parlour) is required; sign the attendance register. Failure to comply with any of these will disqualify the bid. Documents can be downloaded from www.etenders.gov.za or www.mogalecity.gov.za.
Evaluation Criteria

Functionality criteria (20 points) require a minimum score of 16 to proceed.
