• Reporting must include executive summary, detailed findings, legislative references, GRAP references, risk ratings, recommended corrective actions, and prioritisation of findings.

• Complete the pricing schedule with hourly rates for each project team role (Project Engagement Manager/Lead Consultant, Project Manager/Senior Consultant, Assistant Project Manager/Consultant, Accountant/Junior Consultant, Assistant Accountant/Assistant Junior Consultant, Project Clerk/Admin Officer) for Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
• Include any disbursements or overheads and other costs.
• All rates must be VAT inclusive.
• The aggregate of rates for three years must be transferred to MBD1 as the total bid price.
• Failure to provide the total bid price on MBD1 renders the bid non-responsive.

• Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing schedule, with hourly rates for each project team role for Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
