Scope: Supply and delivery of analytical services for the following:

• Grape skin analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) for 25 samples.
• Grape juice analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) for 25 samples.
• Laboratory must be within 30km of Nietvoorbij, Stellenbosch.
• Service providers must submit documentation of relevant experience.

Pricing must be provided for:

• Grape skin analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg): 25 samples. Specify unit price and total price.
• Grape juice analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg): 25 samples. Specify unit price and total price.
• Delivery: 1 (as per tender).
• Include subtotal, VAT, and grand total.

Pricing must be provided in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and all other costs.

• Pricing schedule:
• Item: Grape skin analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) – 25 samples. Specify unit price and total price.
• Item: Grape juice analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) – 25 samples. Specify unit price and total price.
• No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered after submission.
• Validity period of the quotation must be clearly indicated.
• Warranty/guarantee details (period and extent) must be specified for services provided.

Mandatory compliance requirements:

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Include CSD registration number and full CSD report with the bid.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms must be submitted.
• B-BBEE: Only bidders claiming specific goals will be considered for the 20 preference points under the 80/20 system. Proof of claims is required.
• Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD 4) form must be completed and submitted.
• Quotations must be submitted on official letterhead and signed.
• General Conditions of Contract issued by National Treasury apply.
• ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct applies.

Contract terms include:

• Validity period of quotations must be specified.
• Prices are fixed in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. No adjustments allowed.
• Supplier is fully responsible for execution and fulfillment of services.
• ARC reserves the right to reject special terms and conditions.
• Quotations must be on official letterhead and signed.
• Services rendered upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC.
• General Conditions of Contract (National Treasury) and ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct apply.
• ARC reserves the right to perform due diligence and benchmark prices.
• Warranty/guarantee details (period and extent) must be clearly stated.
• Fraudulent claims may result in disqualification, contract cancellation, damages, or legal action.
