• Scope: Provision of SHE Rep, Fire Marshal & First Aid Training Services.
• Training deliverables and quantities:
• 3 Days Advanced SHE Representative Training for 8 persons.
• 3 Days Combined Level I & II First Aid Training for 20 persons.
• 3 Days Fire Fighting Level 2 Training for 20 persons.
• Services must be delivered/rendered at the ARC Institute address specified.

• Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes.
• The validity period of the quotation must be clearly stated.
• No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered.
• Payment: Goods/services to be supplied/rendered upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC.

• Mandatory documents to submit:
• Valid Tax PIN.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report.
• Mandatory certifications/accreditations.
• Only bidders registered on the CSD will be considered.
• Specific goals for preference points require supporting documentation.

• Supplier accepts full responsibility for proper execution.
• ARC reserves the right to accept or reject special terms and conditions.

• ARC reserves the right to conduct due diligence and benchmark prices.
• Fraudulent claims may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, recovery of damages, restriction from state business, and criminal prosecution.

• The 80/20 preference point system applies for contracts up to R50 million.
• Points are awarded for Price (max 80) and Specific Goals (max 20).
• Specific goals include ownership by HDIs, Women, Youth, PwD, B-BBEE status, and SMME promotion.
• Points for specific goals are only awarded if claimed and substantiated with proof.
