• Critical outstanding components include:
• Firewall security licensing.
• Centralized security management.
• Centralized logging & analytics.
• Secure remote access VPN.
• Implementation and support services.
• The solution must ensure secure identity management, disaster recovery readiness, enterprise backup capability, and secure connectivity between sites.

• Indicate if your company is ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management System.

• Quote prices for each item as per the provided table, including FortiGate Firewall licensing, FortiManager VM subscription, FortiAnalyzer VM subscription, FortiClient VPN licenses, project implementation services, and support & maintenance.
• Prices must be firm and exclude VAT; VAT must be shown separately.

• Prices must be firm and quoted excluding VAT; VAT must be included as a separate line item.
• The pricing structure includes items such as FortiGate Firewall licensing, FortiManager VM subscription, FortiAnalyzer VM subscription, FortiClient VPN licenses, project implementation services, and support & maintenance.
• Provide unit prices and total amounts (excluding VAT) for each item as per the specified table.

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); foreign bidders without a local entity are exempt.

• Quotation validity is 60 working days from closing date.
• Indicate if delivery is included.
• Complete SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
