• Quotation must be valid for 60 working days from the closing date.
• Prices must be firm, exclusive of VAT, with VAT shown as a separate line item.
• Late submissions (after 17:00 on 16 January 2026) will be disqualified.
• Failure to include any mandatory returnable document will result in disqualification.

Scope of Work:

1. Provide an Organisational Climate Survey and a 360‑degree assessment.
2. Understand employee experience of organisational and safety culture.
3. Identify safety behaviours and cultural dynamics affecting strategic objectives.
4. Design and administer survey tools and 360‑assessment instruments.
5. Propose a 360‑degree evaluation solution tool for NRWDI.
6. Distribute questionnaires to managers and integrate results into performance management and core competency frameworks.
7. Analyse and interpret results, producing quantitative and qualitative insights.
8. Deliver a consolidated final report with actionable recommendations.
9. Present findings to EXCO, Management Committee, Board committees, Board, and employees.
10. Provide a Change Management, Communication and Engagement Plan in consultation with HR.
11. Produce a close‑out report.

Deliverables include: change‑management plan, designed survey tools, administration of surveys (two 360 assessments in 2026 and 2027), analysis report, presentation to management, and close‑up report.

Timelines: one organisational survey in April 2026; two 360 assessments – April 2026 and April 2027.

• Orders above R30 000 will be evaluated using the 80/20 point system and a functionality scorecard where applicable.
