Scope: Purchase, collection and removal of a scrap ASEA 135 MVA, 275/132/11 kV transformer (serial 3717927) without oil at Scafell Substation, Parys.

• Site must be left clean; no litter or rubble.
• Contractor must obtain an Eskom permit before work starts and notify the site agent on completion.
• Any remaining oil becomes the contractor’s property and the contractor is responsible for any spillage and rehabilitation.
• Compliance with OHSA, Environmental Conservation Act, Hazardous Substances Act, National Water Act, etc.
• Provide health & safety plan, environmental policy, waste management procedures, fire‑fighting equipment, and site safety documentation.
• Adhere to site access conditions set by Eskom site agent.

• Submit a price schedule (mandatory returnable) in PDF; price evaluation weight 80 % (price schedule) + 20 % (SD & L).
• VAT of 15 % applies; VAT invoices issued on request.
