Submit a sealed envelope containing the completed and signed tender document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) and all required supporting documents. The envelope must be endorsed with: Tender No. 278G/2025/26, tender description, tender box number (239), and closing date. Deposit the envelope into Tender Box 239 at the Tender & Quotation Boxes Office, 2nd Floor (Concourse Level), Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town before 10:00 on 20/07/2026. If the box is full or the submission is too large, enquire at the public counter for alternative instructions. Tenders submitted by facsimile or email will be rejected. Ensure all returnable documents (Schedules F.5, F.7, F.10, etc.) are completed and included. Late tenders will not be considered. Tender fee of R200 (non-refundable) applies for hard copies only; not applicable for website downloads.
Submit the following returnable documents: - Signed acknowledgement of Eskom's OHS legal and other requirements form (Annexure B), signed by CEO and two witnesses. - For suppliers with auditable OHS systems: ISO 45001 certificate or equivalent. - Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent), aligned with the scope of work. - OHS plan addressing project/scope risks, including incident management, SHE communication, emergency management, and substance abuse management. - Baseline OHS Risk Assessment (BRA) with methodology, covering all scope-related risks (e.g., driving, crane operations). - CEO-signed OHS policy compliant with OHS Act Section 7, including review date.
Assets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure purchase: pay the full amount via EFT or direct deposit to the OHSCβs designated bank account, using the asset number and your full name as reference. Submit proof of payment to OHSC for verification. Assets are released only after payment clearance. Seller may withdraw any asset before payment. Purchased assets must be collected within OHSCβs specified period; failure may result in forfeiture. Purchaser bears all costs for loading, transport, licensing, registration, or removal. OHSC is not liable for loss, damage, or injury after collection. Payment confirms acceptance of terms.
β’ Submit sealed bids clearly marked with tender number, title, closing date and time. β’ Place in the Tender Box at Municipal Civic Centre, 319 Stateway, Welkom by 14:00 on Thursday 09 July 2026. β’ Hand delivery only; faxed, emailed or late tenders will not be accepted. β’ Complete original tender document must be returned fully in black ink, signed by authorized signatory. β’ Do not retype documents or make unauthorized alterations; this will cause disqualification. β’ Include all compulsory documentation: Tax Compliance Status Letter and PIN, CIDB certificate (if applicable), Municipal Accounts for bidder and directors, proof of CSD registration, quality management certifications, CIPC annual returns, company profile, all MBD forms, Declaration and Contract Form. β’ Joint Ventures must submit Joint Venture Agreement and individual member documents. β’ Failure to submit required documents or attend compulsory site/information meetings (if specified) will result in disqualification.
- Tender documents are available at the SCM 2nd floor office during office hours. A non-refundable printing fee of R1000.00 applies. Service providers who previously purchased the document for this Re-Advert may obtain it free of charge by producing proof of payment. - Completed tender documents must be deposited into the tender box at the main entrance of Msukaligwa Municipality, Cnr Church and Taute Street, Civic Centre, ERMELO, 2350, OR sent via courier.
