No physical collection required. \n• Successful bidder must arrange own transport and labour to remove items from the DTPC site.
Submit bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Bid No. UMUZ/05/2026 and Bid Name. Deposit in the tender box at 10 Murchison Street, Umuziwabantu, Harding, 4680 by 12h00 on 18 June 2026. Late, electronic, or faxed submissions will not be accepted. Use only the official bid documentation provided by the municipality. Required documents: completed bid form, certified ID (South African citizen), proof of residence in Umuziwabantu Municipality, proof of document purchase (R500 receipt), and proof of affordability (payslip/bank statement for individuals; active registration/bank statement for companies). Incomplete or late submissions will be disqualified. No proxies allowed. Bidders may alter or withdraw bids in writing before the deadline.
