• Submit duly completed bid documents sealed in an envelope, endorsed with the tender number (NKA/TEC01/26/27) and project name (town cleaning services). • Deposit bids in the tender box at nkandla municipal offices, lot 292 maree road, nkandla, by NO later than 11h00 on 12 august 2026. • Bids must be submitted on the official bid documentation provided by the municipality. • Late, incomplete, unsigned, faxed, or e-mailed bids will be disqualified. • The municipality accepts NO responsibility for late delivery by courier or mail services. • Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. • Mandatory documents listed in the tender document must be submitted to proceed to the next stage. • Nkandla municipality’s SCM policy applies. • The council reserves the right to negotiate further conditions with the successful bidder or not to appoint.

For e-tendering, upload and finalize the tender via the ESKOM tender bulletin site on the ESKOM e-tendering page by the closing date and time. NO late submissions will be accepted. Late, electronic, or faxed submissions will not be accepted. Use only the official bid documentation provided by the municipality. Required documents: completed bid form, certified ID (south african citizen), proof of residence in umuziwabantu municipality, proof of document purchase (r500 receipt), and proof of affordability (payslip/bank statement for individuals; active registration/bank statement for companies). Incomplete or late submissions will be disqualified. NO proxies allowed. Bidders may alter or withdraw bids in writing before the deadline.
