Pricing format: Activity Schedule (C2.2) with pricing instructions (C2.1). Tender validity: 12 weeks post-closing (extendable). Payment terms: Not specified. Bonds/guarantees: Insurance provided by the Contractor (T2.2-17). Financial capacity: CIDB 3GB or higher grading required. No alternative tender offers considered.
