• Scoring system – 80 points for price (lowest acceptable price receives full 80 points; formula Ps = 80 × (1 – (Pt‑Pmin)/Pmin)) and 20 points for specific goals, primarily B‑BBEE status level (see table in the document). Total possible points = 100.
• The top three bidders by combined score will be invited to present physical samples; sample quality may affect the final award.
• B‑BBEE points are awarded according to the contributor level (Level 1 = 20 pts, Level 2 = 18 pts, … Level 8 = 2 pts; non‑compliant = 0). Failure to provide proof may result in 0 pts for B‑BBEE.

Scope – design, production, supply and delivery of 80 unisex white T‑shirts (full‑colour front and back) and 80 red metal key rings (laser‑engraved) for the EWSETA staff strategic session.

Design – at least two design options to be approved by the EWSETA Marketing Department; must incorporate the EWSETA logo per corporate‑identity guidelines.

Branding – full‑colour screen printing for T‑shirts; laser engraving for key rings; must meet EWSETA quality and durability standards.

Sizes – T‑shirts: S 8, M 20, L 24, XL 18, 2XL 10.
