• Submit ONE (1) original, ONE (1) hard‑copy and ONE (1) electronic copy (CD/USB in PDF) of the bid.
• Price must be placed in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the RFB number, description and bidder’s name.

• Evaluation is conducted in three stages: 1) Administrative compliance verification, 2) Technical/functional evaluation, 3) Price and Specific Goals (B‑BBEE) evaluation.

10. Full compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.

11. Medical fitness of personnel.

12. Training as per NHLS requirements.

13. Provision of uniforms and PPE.

14. Relief staff provision.

15. First‑aid provisions.

16. Contract management processes.

17. Supervision requirements.

18. Complaints register management.

19. Labour law compliance (U.I.F. registration, BEE, etc.).

Additional mandatory requirements:

• Valid Waste Accreditation Permit for general, recyclable and hazardous waste.
• Registration on Gauteng Waste Information System (GWIS) as hazardous waste transporter.
• Use of a licensed landfill or waste‑handling facility (or letter of intent with permits).
• Proof of COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act) compliance.
