4. Price and specific goals – scoring follows the 80/20 preference point system (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals such as B‑BBEE ownership percentages). The lowest acceptable price (Pmin) is used to calculate price points. Specific‑goal points are awarded only when supporting documentation is provided.
