The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Specific goals include: Black Ownership (10 points), 30% Black Women Ownership (4 points), Youth Ownership (3 points), and 30% Disability Ownership (3 points).

The service provider must deliver a hybrid media training programme for three spokespersons. Requirements include: Media training design, interview training (TV, radio, print, panel, press conferences), crisis communication, practical simulations (mock interviews, coaching), and media writing. Deliverables include a training programme, handbook, guidelines, checklists, and a training report. Certification is mandatory: must be SETA-accredited, SAQA-registered, or endorsed by a professional body like PRISA. Certificates must be independently verifiable.

Submit a detailed pricing schedule on company letterhead. Include costs for in-person and virtual training, and any additional expenses (travel, materials). The total price must be firm, include VAT, and be valid for 90 days. A compulsory total price must be indicated on the provided form.
