Submit quotations via email to [email protected] before the closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Required returnable documents: Quotation on company letterhead (include VAT number if registered), detailed service and cost breakdown, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) form (signed), CSD Master registration number (MAAA), tax compliance status PIN, validity period, and delivery period. If unable to provide a quotation, submit written reasons to the same email. Stats SA may request additional information post-submission; failure to respond timeously may result in disqualification.

Provide a quote for Data Science with Python training as per attached specification. Services must be detailed with market-related pricing. Prices must remain firm for the duration of the order, with escalations factored in if dependent on exchange rates.

No upfront payment will be provided. Payment will be made upon receipt of goods/services and within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice. Quoted prices must be valid (firm) for the duration of the order.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Required documents: e-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate, certified copy of ID document, original/certified copy of company registration (CIPC). Quotation must include CSD Master registration number (MAAA) and tax compliance status PIN.

Submit the following returnable documents: A completed Bidder’s Disclosure Form (SBD 4) declaring: - Whether the bidder or any director/trustee/shareholder/member/partner is employed by the state. If yes, provide full names, ID numbers, and state employee numbers. - Whether the bidder or any connected person has a relationship with any employee of the procuring institution. If yes, provide particulars. - Whether the bidder or any director/trustee/shareholder/member/partner has an interest in any other related enterprise bidding for this contract. If yes, provide particulars. - A signed declaration certifying the truth and completeness of the information provided. Failure to submit a true and complete disclosure will result in automatic disqualification.

Bidders must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. Bids will be disqualified if: - The bidder or any connected person is found to have colluded with competitors. - The bidder has consulted with procuring institution officials during the bidding process (except for clarification requests). - The bidder was involved in drafting the specifications or terms of reference. - The declaration of interest is found to be false or incomplete. Suspicious bids may be reported to the Competition Commission, National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), or result in a 10-year restriction from public sector business under the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act No. 12 of 2004.
