Supplier must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status. Must not be listed on Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers. Must disclose any state employment relationships or conflicts of interest. Must complete mandatory declaration forms.

• Supply 10 x 25 litre containers of Ethanol (Anhydrous alcohol 99.9%).
• Supply 10 x 25 litre containers of Propylene Glycol.
• Pricing must be VAT inclusive and include any delivery cost to Cape Town CBD.
• Provide a report on the purity of the Ethanol supplied.
• Deliver goods to the specified site.

• Provide pricing for 10 x 25 litre Ethanol (Anhydrous alcohol 99.9%) and 10 x 25 litre Propylene Glycol.
• Pricing must be VAT inclusive and include any delivery cost.

• Quote price must be VAT inclusive and include any delivery costs to Cape Town CBD.
• Provide a formal detailed quotation on company letterhead.
• Pricing schedule must include all applicable costs; no variations allowed after award.
• Payment is based on satisfactory receipt of goods and approved invoices.
• Your offer must remain valid for 60 days from the bid closing date.

• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide your CSD report with supplier number and company details.
• Provide Tax Status Verification Pin and tax registration number.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit to determine your B-BBEE status level.

• The 80/20 preference point system applies.
• Maximum points: Price = 80 points, Specific Goals = 20 points.
• Price points are calculated using a formula comparing your price to the lowest acceptable tender.
• Specific goals points are awarded for B-BBEE status and black ownership.
• Submit proof (B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit, CSD report) to claim preference points.
• Failure to submit required proof means you forfeit specific goal points.
• The organ of state reserves the right to verify any claims before or after adjudication.
