Supply 30 new/like-new business-grade laptops (e.g., Dell Latitude, HP ProBook/EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad) with minimum specifications: Intel Core i5 (11th Gen+) or equivalent AMD, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD, 14”/15.6” display, integrated webcam/microphone, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Windows 11 Pro (licensed), 3+ USB ports, HDMI, 6-hour battery, embedded SIM slot. Each laptop must include a laptop bag. Deliver to MICT SETA premises within 3 working days of appointment, pre-installed with licensed Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Apps (if required), and basic security settings. Provide full maintenance, 24–48 hour device replacement, warranty/insurance coverage, Tier 2/3 support, SLA-driven response times, and secure data wiping certification at contract end. Deliverables: configured laptops, delivery/setup report, asset register (with serial numbers), support framework, fault logging procedure, and data wipe certificate.

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, escalate to Microsoft as needed, adhere to SLA-driven response/resolution times, and assist with licensing incident management.

Provide a pricing schedule with cost breakdown per line item (rental costs, laptop bags), subtotal, VAT@15%, and total price (incl. VAT). Quote must remain valid for 90 days from closing date. Indicate delivery period, whether it is fixed, if prices are fixed, and if the quote strictly adheres to specifications. Include delivery address: MICT SETA Head Office, Level 3 West Wing, Gallagher House, 19 Richards Drive, Halfway House, Midrand. All costs (e.g., bidding, repairs) are the bidder’s responsibility.

Mandatory: Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) per Circular 4A of 2016/17 prior to submission. Submit CSD Registration Report, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (or SARS proof of application/verification PIN), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preferential Procurement Claim Form), Certified director IDs (≤6 months old), CIPC Document, Shareholding Certificate, and Form A (Bidder’s Eligibility). Bidders must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers. Declare no state employment conflicts, bankruptcy, or corrupt practices.
