Evaluation Criteria

The maximum points for this bid are allocated as follows: Evaluation Criteria Points Price 80 Specific Goals 20 Total points for Price and Specific Goals 100. BID AWARD Subject to Section 2(1)(f) of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, the RFQ will be awarded to the Supplier(s) who scores the highest points.

The NHC requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide the services below for a period of 36 months: Provide a user-friendly software to design, layout content (copy and visuals), publish and distribute the NHCβs monthly newsletter to stakeholders while respecting the South African privacy legislation (POPIA) and maintaining high standards of brand integrity. Include the use of SMS to send messages to clients who do not have smart phones. Manage a dynamic database that can be customised and utilised to achieve targeted communication. Have capabilities of analytics and reports of the both the Bulk Email and Messaging Campaigns.
