Submit a written quotation on your business letterhead, including an Excel spreadsheet, via email to [email protected] by 15 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Evaluation under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable tender scores highest), 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals (5 points each): Enterprises owned by black women, entities owned by youth, entities owned by black people, SMMEs. Points are awarded only if supported by valid documentation (e.g., B-BBEE Certificate, CSD registration). Failure to submit proof results in zero points for specific goals.

Supply and deliver stationery to SADPMR offices in Kempton Park. Items and quantities: 40 boxes of filament tapes (48mm x 40mm, 18 tapes per box), 600 plastic file dividers (assorted colors), 50 plastic file folders (assorted colors), 5 LaserJet Black CF410A cartridges, 48 permanent black markers, 600 SFS extra heavy files with clips, 600 index tab sheets (assorted colors), 100 arch lever files, 120 black pens, 100 arch lever file storage boxes. Prices must be valid for 30 days from closing date, firm, and inclusive of VAT. A firm delivery period must be indicated.
