1. Strategy, planning and governance – develop an integrated social media strategy aligned with organisational goals, KPIs and brand guidelines.
2. Content creation and execution – produce original static, carousel, video and long‑form content; schedule and publish across platforms; ensure professional editing and licensing of assets.
3. Community management – monitor and moderate comments, respond within 08:00–17:00 (Monday‑Friday) with after‑hours coverage as required.

5. Paid social media advertising – set up, optimise and report on paid campaigns; integrate with organic strategy.

7. Crisis communication support – develop and execute crisis communication plans, rapid escalation and coordination with internal teams.
