Source: SBD-6-1-IN-TERMS-OF-PPR2022-3.pdfSubmit the SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form as part of your tender. Include all required proof/documentation for specific goals (e.g., B-BBEE certificates, ownership documents). Failure to submit this form or supporting evidence will result in zero preference points. The organ of state may request additional substantiation of claims before or after adjudication.
Evaluation Criteria
Source: SBD-6-1-IN-TERMS-OF-PPR2022-3.pdfEvaluation uses the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. The applicable system (80/20 or 90/10) depends on tender value: 80/20 for β€ R50M, 90/10 for > R50M. Points are awarded for: (a) Price: 80 or 90 points, calculated as Ps = 80/90(1 - (Pt-Pmin)/(Pmax-Pmin)) for goods/services; Ps = 80/90(1 + (Pt-Pmax)/(Pmax-Pmin)) for disposal/leasing. (b) Specific Goals: 20 or 10 points, allocated as: 10 points for 51%+ black ownership, 5 points for 51%+ women ownership, 3 points for 51%+ youth ownership, 2 points for 51%+ disability ownership. The organ of state reserves the right to verify claims post-submission.
