Supply and delivery of CCTV consumables to the State Security Agency. Includes hardware (servers, displays, cameras, switches), software licenses, and installation materials as detailed in the specification list.

Submit bids via e-tenders portal or email to [email protected] by the closing date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms provided (not re-typed). Quotations must be on company letterhead, stamped, and include: physical address, telephone numbers, Company Registration Number, VAT registration number (if applicable), date, and signature. Quotation must be valid for 30 days. Quoting on fewer items or quantities than requested will invalidate the quotation. All bids must be accompanied by SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure). Failure to submit required documents (e.g., Tax Clearance Certificate for bids over R30,000, CSD registration number, or B-BBEE certificate/affidavit) may invalidate the bid.

Supply and delivery of CCTV consumables as per the attached specification list. Key items include: Recording Server (Iron Link R104 E-2436 with 20TB storage, Windows Server 2022, 32GB RAM), XProtect Professional+ licenses, 55" Professional Display, HDMI cables, network cables, Axis cameras (P3268-LVE, P4707-PLVE, M3088-V, M2036-LE, P1467-LE), Cisco SG350-20-K9-EU 20-Port Network Switch, and installation materials (conduit, trunking, screws, etc.). Compulsory to submit data sheets for all Axis products. Failure to submit data sheets for any Axis item will invalidate the bid.

Quotation must include total bid price (inclusive of VAT). Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of original invoice and statement. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate is required for goods/services valued over R30,000. Pricing must align with the bill of quantities provided.

Bidders must comply with the following: Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or CSD registration number. B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) must be submitted to qualify for preference points. CSD registration number is mandatory. Workmans Compensation Fund certificate of good standing (where applicable). Health and Safety file (where applicable). No bids will be accepted from persons in the service of the state, or companies with directors/members in the service of the state. Bidders must complete and submit SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form). Foreign suppliers must answer the provided questionnaire if applicable.
