• No electronic, telegraphic or fax submissions accepted.

• Bids must be signed, dated and include all required particulars (name, address, telephone, fax, e‑mail, VAT number, etc.).
• Required returnable documents:

– Copy of active Company Registration Certificate (CRC) (except sole traders/partnerships).

– Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary report (all parties in a JV must be on CSD).

– Tax Clearance Certificate (original) and PIN/SARS tax profile.

– Municipal rates and taxes clearance or proof of no arrears > 3 months.
