Required documents: SBD1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), completed pricing schedule (SBD3.1), valid Tax Clearance Certificate (or SARS PIN/CSD number), CSD Full Report, CIPC registration, B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit, Declaration of Interest, and proof of professional registrations/accreditations (if applicable). Bids must be on company letterhead, aligned to ATNS pricing schedule, and include all line items priced. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Non-compliance with administrative requirements may lead to disqualification unless corrected within 7 days.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable bid scores highest), 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: 10 points for 51% Black Owned Suppliers, 10 points for 30% Black Woman Owned Suppliers (PPPFA Section 2(1)(d)(i)). Points are awarded based on submitted proof (CSD Report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies). Bids are first screened for administrative compliance before price and preference points are evaluated.

Supply and deliver ICT spares to ATNS Air Traffic Academy. Items: 12 x Cooling Fan for ProLiant DL360p Gen 8 HP server (Part: 697183-002, Model: GFM0412SS), 12 x Hard drive for ProLiant DL360p Gen8 HP server (Part: 518216-002, Model: EH014FARWD). Contract is a once-off supply and delivery. Delivery costs must be included in bid price. All items must comply with specified part numbers and models.

Pricing must be in RSA currency (ZAR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Complete SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule: unit price, total price per line item, VAT, and grand total. All line items must be priced; incomplete pricing will disqualify the bid.
