For laboratory chemicals: must hold valid ISO 17025 and ISO 17034 accreditation. For reverse osmosis: must hold Group I Hazardous Substances Certificate or Company Certificate of Compliance. Suppliers must score minimum 70% on qualitative evaluation to proceed. Middlemen without manufacturer confirmation letters are disqualified.
