Deliverables include:
1. Installation of trackers with capabilities: accident detection, speed‑lock with buzzer (excluding executive vehicles), location/idle/speed reporting, door sensor, driver ID tag & software, fuel‑cap sensor, fuel monitoring, rev monitoring, remote assist, battery‑disconnect sensor, vehicle‑start prevention, monthly filtered reports, vehicle recovery, anti‑jamming, engine cut‑off for unauthorized use, live SMS alerts, dash‑cam on selected vehicles.
2. Compliance with international standards and VESA installation standards.
3. Automated health‑check alerts.
4. Software (web‑based or mobile) with user‑rights management (max users to be stated).
5. Training for up to 3 users and support services.
6. Options for outright purchase or monthly rental, plus set‑up, removal/transfer fees.
7. Service Level Agreement for 36 months; all prices inclusive of VAT.
8. Provider must have a functional office in KwaZulu‑Natal and qualified technicians (2‑4 years experience, relevant certifications).
