Suppliers must also complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if handling confidential information. Failure to submit these may result in disqualification.

Disclose any conflicts of interest (financial, personal, or private) with Eskom employees/directors via the Integrity Declaration Form. Avoid gifts or business courtesies exceeding R1500 to Eskom employees/directors. Not engage in collusion, bid-rigging, or dishonest practices. Report any unethical behavior by Eskom staff to [email protected], [email protected], or the hotline 0800 11 27 22. Complete an NDA if accessing confidential information.
