Submit bids by the stipulated closing time (11:00) to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted. Use official forms provided (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7) — do not re-type. Bids may be emailed. Successful bidder must fill in and sign the SBD7 contract form. Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) to upload mandatory information (business registration, directorship/membership/identity numbers, tax compliance status, banking details). If not registered on CSD, mandatory information cannot be submitted with the bid. B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit must be submitted to qualify for preference points. Failure to provide required details may render the bid invalid.

Mandatory: CIDB grade 2 GB or higher; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); valid tax compliance status (TCS PIN) or CSD number; submission of B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points); no listing on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers; no conflicts of interest (declared via SBD4). Preferential: Higher B-BBEE status levels (e.g., Level 1–4) improve preference points under the 80/20 or 90/10 system. Local South African suppliers may have an advantage over foreign bidders (unless exempt). Points are awarded for price (80 or 90 points) and specific goals (20 or 10 points, including B-BBEE).

Scope: Modify the currently installed gutter system, perform carport repairs, and conduct office renovations. Deliverables, standards, and service levels are as per the attached RFQ.

Total bid price must be inclusive of all items offered and all applicable taxes. Pricing must be submitted as per the official bid forms (SBD1). No additional financial requirements (e.g., bonds, guarantees, payment terms) are explicitly stated in the document.
