All suppliers must complete and sign all Annexures (Standard Bidding Documents and Mandatory Evaluation documents). Ensure all required forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1) are included. Phase 1: Bidders must comply with TETA accreditation (valid certificate required at submission). Non-compliance results in disqualification. Phase 2: Scoring is 80/20 (Price: 80 points, Specific Goals: 20 points). Specific Goals include: HDI ownership (51% or more, 10 points), Women ownership (51% or more, 8 points), Persons with disabilities (51% or more, 2 points). Points are verified via CSD. The 80/20 system applies to bids valued between R2,000.01 and R1,000,000.00 (VAT inclusive).

Financial Requirements

VAT-registered vendors must include VAT; non-VAT-registered vendors must not charge VAT (disqualification if violated).
