• Scope: Construction of sanitation facilities at Sandi Senior Secondary School (OR Tambo District, Eastern Cape) under the Sanitation 60 Programme.
• Contractor Grading Requirement: 5 GB or higher (CIDB). Joint Ventures must meet CIDB Regulation 25(6) TABLE 9 (e.g., 2x Grade 4 + 1x Grade 3 for Grade 5).
