- Submit hard copies only; NO fax, email, or telegraphic submissions. - Deliver to the tender box at the mvula trust, 69 devereux avenue, vincent, east london, by 12:00 on tuesday, 25 august 2026. - Use the official tender documentation only; complete all returnable documents in non-erasable ink. - Submit an original plus the number of copies stated in the tender data; include english translations for non-english documents. - Complete and sign form c1.1 (Form of offer and acceptance) for the cluster you are bidding on; failure results in disqualification. - Submit all compulsory returnable documents listed in t2.1 And t2.2, Including csd report (not older than 30 days), valid professional indemnity, coida certificate, company registration, cvs, completed/current project details, and all schedules. - Each team member must sign the participation confirmation letter (t2.2.F3); Missing any will disqualify the bid. - Each consultant must submit a letter confirming their fee percentage as per the pricing schedule; failure after a request leads to disqualification. - Late, faxed, or emailed responses will not be accepted; late tenders will not be returned.

- Submit a physical, hard-copy tender in the tender box at the mvula trust office, 69 devereux avenue, vincent, east london, 5241, before 12h00 on tuesday, 25 august 2026. - Tenders must be submitted on the official tender documentation issued; NO telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, or late submissions will be accepted. - Submit an original plus the number of copies stated in the tender data; all documents must be completed in full, written legibly in non-erasable ink, and any non-english documents must include an english translation. - Complete and submit all compulsory returnable documents listed in t2.1 And t2.2, Including: csd registration report (not older than 30 days), proof of valid professional indemnity insurance, coida/fem certificate of good standing, company registration copy, cvs and qualifications, completed projects and current projects details, addenda record, compulsory enterprise questionnaire, resolution for signatory, proposed organisation and staffing, proposed team member qualifications, team participation confirmation letters for every team member, psp performance evaluation form, preference schedule, sbd 1, sbd 2, sbd 4, sbd 6.1, And form c1.1 (Form of offer and acceptance) completed and signed for the cluster. - Each consultant in the multidisciplinary team must submit a letter confirming their fee percentage as per the pricing schedule; if not submitted with the tender, the bidder will be requested to submit IT, and failure to do so will result in disqualification. - Failure to submit the team participation confirmation letter for all team members will result in the tenderer not being considered and being disqualified. - Tenders must be sealed, addressed, and delivered as per the tender data requirements; the two-envelope procedure will not be followed. - The mvula trust reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject, or accept part of any tender; IT does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender. - Bidders can price all clusters (11r, 12r, 13r) or only those they are interested in; a bidder will only be appointed to a maximum of one cluster (if scoring highest in more than one, they will be appointed to the cluster with the highest offer).
