Conduct geotechnical investigations at 85 schools across Limpopo Province. Duration: 25 calendar days per cluster. Service providers must deploy adequate resources per cluster to meet timelines. Qualifying providers may be allocated up to two clusters if they have a dedicated team per cluster. Additional clusters may be awarded to highest-ranking providers with a third core team. All teams must be unique and not previously awarded under LDOE Addendum 20 Programme. Core team per cluster must include: 1x Specialist (Professional Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist with 3+ years post-registration experience) and 1x Technician (minimum NQF Level 6 in relevant engineering field). Service provider must submit a valid SANAS Certificate of Accreditation for Civil Engineering Material Testing for the laboratory they intend to use. Key personnel must attend the compulsory kick-off meeting and remain involved throughout the project. Replacements require TMT approval.

Submit pricing on official RFQ forms (C2.1 Pricing Instructions and C2.2 Activity Schedule for Value-Based Fees). Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance is mandatory (non-submission results in disqualification).
