Scope: Provision of J02 Conveyor Tripper Car Drive Assembly repairs for Transnet Port Terminals in Richards Bay (once-off). Required experience: Demonstrable performance in comparable projects, specifically steel fabrication for conveyors, stacker/reclaimers, and/or ship loaders in heavy material handling or mining industries. Tenderers must provide a list of past/current projects, client references, project descriptions, durations, and contract values.

Pricing must be submitted as per the Activity Schedule (C2.2) and Pricing Instructions (C2.1). No alternative tender offers will be considered. Tenderers must ensure all costs (including risk-related costs) are included in the total price. Payment terms and bonds/guarantees: Submit T2.2-17 (Insurance provided by the Contractor).

Mandatory: CIDB grading of 3SL or higher (or capability to register as such). Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (with TCS PIN for verification). Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS-accredited) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs with 51%+ black ownership. Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Letter of Good Standing with the Workmen’s Compensation Fund. Joint Ventures: All members must be CIDB-registered; lead partner must have grading not lower than one level below required; combined grading must meet 3SL or higher. Submit signed JV agreement (or MOI for Incorporated JVs within 4 weeks of contract date).
