Exilite holdings

EXILITE HOLDINGS' recorded footprint is small and tightly concentrated: five awards worth ZAR 56,848,554.51 in total, with one award amount missing, all of them in the Northern Cape and all from provincial departments. Health accounts for two awards, while Sport, Arts and Culture, Economic Development and Tourism, and Education hold one each. Four of the five sit in General Services, with a single Arts, entertainment and recreation award. The meaningful pattern is recency and buyer spread rather than depth: two awards in 2026 and one each in 2025 and 2024 suggest an active but narrow provincial base, and the 1900-dated record should be treated as a data artefact rather than a genuine first appointment.

The linked documents point to an events-management panel (NCDSAC-001-2026/27) with a three-year term, fixed management fees of 5%–25% of project cost scaled by event size, and reimbursed generator diesel verified by receipts. Deliverables are operationally heavy: catering for 2,000-plus people with Halaal and vegetarian options, PSIRA-graded security, Civil Aviation Authority-compliant aeromedical cover, and a 120-day bid validity at bidder cost. That mix favours firms able to subcontract logistics, safety and catering while absorbing working capital; the sampled evidence is truncated, so the financial and evaluation criteria remain only partly visible.
