Transportation of learners from roodezandt / lemoenkloof (only grade 8 to 12 learners), waveren / vondow / saronsberg (only grade 8 to 12 learners), la rhone (only grade 8 to 12 learners), dennegeur (only grade 8 to 12 learners), kleinbergrivier (only grade 8 to 12 learners) and montpellier to tulbagh high school and waveren primary school.

Appointment of a service provider to develop mathematics and language testing instruments to test grade 3, 6 and 9 learners as part of the wced diagnostic testing programme. This will be a three-year contract from 1 may 2025 to 30 april 2028

Appointment of a travel management company (tmc) for the provision of travel services including air travel, accommodation, shuttle services, car hiring service, conference facilities / venue bookings and related services for a period of three (3) years.

Appointment of a framework specialist to assist the western cape education department (wced) with the development of construction procurement documentation, bidding and contract documentation for the period of three (3) years.

Administer prepared language and mathematics systemic tests to grade 3, 6 and 9 learners over a period of three (3) years commencing 1 april 2025 to 31 march 2028.

Supply and deliver stationery to the head office, education district offices and approximately 250 non-section 21 schools of the western cape education department for a period of three (3) years.
