Submission channel — email only, to [email protected], On or before 12:00 on 21 august 2026. Late bids are not accepted for consideration. Format — bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, not re-typed, and in the prescribed format. Submissions must be split into at least four attachments of 4 mb each; one large attachment is not acceptable. Signing — every page of the bid documents must be signed or stamped by a person authorised to act for the bidder, and proof of that authority (e.g. Company resolution) must be submitted. Disqualification risks — any mandatory returnable document omitted or unsigned; any change or alteration to the bid document; contacting any acsa employee other than the named buyer; submitting after the closing time. Returnable forms — sbd 3.3 (Priced offer), sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure), sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim), declaration of interest and politically exposed persons form, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, b-bbee certificate or affidavit, tax pin or csd number, certificate of incorporation showing ownership split, csd report, VAT questionnaire, and acsa terms and conditions. All must be completed and signed. Security — acsa is a national key point; bidders may be subjected to security vetting and acsa will not contract with a bidder that fails vetting.
