80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (e.g., HDI, female ownership, disability). Lowest acceptable quotation determines price points. Points for specific goals require submission of proof (e.g., ID, company registration, B-BBEE certificate). Failure to submit proof or incorrect calculations results in zero points for specific goals.

Appointment of a service provider to render security guarding services at Old Mutual Building, Limpopo Province, for the Department of Agriculture. Contract duration: 2 months, renewable month-to-month. Services must comply with the attached Terms of Reference (9 pages) and pricing schedule.

Quotation must include a detailed pricing schedule as per the attached Terms of Reference. Validity period of 60 days required. Payment terms: 30 days after submission of invoice. Prices must not vary from quoted prices unless authorized in Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).

1. Tax compliance: Submit Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) or latest full CSD report. TCS PIN required for verification. 2) B-BBEE certificate: Must be submitted to qualify for preference points. 3) Company registration: CK1 document required. 4) SBD forms: Must be completed and submitted. 5) No bids accepted from persons in the service of the state or companies with directors in the service of the state. 6) Bidder must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers.
