Supply and delivery of a complete, skid-mounted, electrically driven LPG reciprocating compressor package for LPG offloading from road tankers. The package includes the compressor, driver, all ancillary systems, and a fully integrated control panel with motor starting and control systems interface, pressure safety valve, and air cooler. The package must be fully assembled, wired, tested, and ready for connection to site power, process piping, and the main plant control system. The vendor must also include Instrument Function testing, commissioning, Training (Maintenance and Operator), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Maintenance of the compressor will be handed over to the PetroSA maintenance team. The compressor maximum discharge flow is 50m³/hr. Final approval is required prior to procurement of any major equipment (compressor, motor, panel, instruments). The successful vendor is responsible for ensuring the entire package meets all stated South African regulatory and certification standards.

Design pressure: 2400 kPa (min), design temperature: -45°C to 65°C, material: Carbon steel (ASTM A516 Gr 70 or equivalent), corrosion allowance: 3mm (min), internal volume: minimum 50 litres. Designed for full vacuum service. Compliance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, EN 13445 (PED), or equivalent. Valid South African PER certificate required.
• Piping: Carbon steel for LPG service, minimum Schedule 40 wall thickness, forged steel fittings, 300# ANSI raised face flanges with spiral wound gaskets (316L/graphite) and B7 studs/2H nuts. Full penetration welding with 100% visual inspection and random radiography.

Civil Works:

• Vendor must provide preliminary data for foundation design: skid dimensions, operating/erection weight, support points, anchor bolt specifications, load requirements, vibration isolation needs, and utility connection points.
• Vendor responsibilities: Provide foundation data, supply anchor bolts if specified, provide levelling shims, indicate grouting requirements.
• PetroSA responsibilities: Design and construct foundation, prepare foundation surface, grout skid after alignment.

Drawings and Documentation:

Commissioning and Training:
