Scope: Provision of pest and rodent control services for 36 months at the Glen Satellite Office in Bloemfontein. Deliverables: Services must be delivered/rendered to the ARC Institute at the specified address. Requirements: Service providers must submit documentation proving relevant experience. The quotation must clearly state the guarantee/warranty period and extent. The supplier accepts full responsibility for proper execution and fulfilment of the services.

Prices must be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and all other costs. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered after submission. A bank confirmation letter must accompany the quotation.
