Scope: Design, host, maintain, and digitally enhance LTA’s website for 36 months. Key requirements: 1) Domain Management: Register/renew all LTA domains, maintain ownership records, notify LTA 60 days before expiry, provide proof of payment within 30 days. 2) Hosting: Tier III or equivalent cloud environment, local data residency, 99.5% uptime, daily backups (30-day retention), RPO 24h/RTO 4h, disaster recovery, valid SSL. 3) Design/Functionality: Fully responsive, dynamic, multilingual (Chinese, Russian, German), social media/CRM integration, mobile app linked to website, events calendar, supplier database. 4) Cybersecurity: OWASP controls, vulnerability assessments, 24h patching, POPIA compliance, audit logs, annual penetration testing. 5) Maintenance/Support: Service levels: Critical (1h response/4h resolution), High (4h/24h), Medium (1 day/3 days), Low (2 days/5 days). After-hours support for critical incidents. 6) SEO/Analytics: Technical/on-page SEO, Google Search Console, monthly reports (traffic, bounce rate, demographics, keywords). 7) Content: Migrate existing content, maintain supplier database/events calendar, archive outdated content with approval, upload approved content within 24h. 8) Reporting: Monthly analytics/SLA reports, quarterly cybersecurity reports, annual penetration test report, quarterly innovation proposals. 9) Exit: Full backup, transfer credentials/IP, technical documentation, seamless transition in last 30 days.
