Support and maintenance of mscoa-compliant financial management system for ratlou local municipality

Submit tender documents in original form as provided by the municipality. Documents must be sealed, clearly marked with the tender number, and deposited in the tender box at Ratlou Local Municipality, R507 Delareyville. Electronic or telegraphic tenders are not accepted. Required returnable documents: Proof of CSD registration, proof of residence of all directors (not older than 3 months), proof of business address (not older than 3 months), proof of payment of municipal services for all directors (not older than 3 months), proof of payment of municipal services for business premises (not older than 3 months), certified copy of B-BBEE certificate (or original). All copies must be certified, with date stamps not older than 3 months. Copies from certified copies are not allowed.

Bids evaluated on a 100-point system: Functionality/Specific Goals contribute 20 points, Price contributes 80 points. Preferential points apply under the 80/20 preference system.

Appointment as a service provider for support and maintenance of an mSCOA-compliant financial management system environment at Ratlou Local Municipality. Contract period: 36 months, with an option to renew for a further 24 months.

Non-refundable tender document fee: R1,000.00. Payment must be deposited at Ratlou Local Municipality. Tender documents are downloadable from the e-tender portal.

Mandatory: CSD registration, tax compliance status (verified via CSD), CIPC company registration, certified copies of directors' IDs. B-BBEE certificate (certified copy or original) required but non-submission does not disqualify. All documents must comply with MFMA Circular 81.
