Functionality evaluation (100% weight, minimum threshold: 75%): Proof of JD Edwards reseller/partner accreditation (10%), minimum three CVs with relevant qualifications (BCom Informatics/IT degree), 5+ years JDE functional support experience, and accreditation (30%), ability to meet SABS SLAs with defined escalation procedures, support hours, and communication channels (30%), minimum three reference letters (not older than 5 years) from JDE implementation/support clients (30%). Preference points: 80/20 system (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals like black ownership, black women ownership, or disability ownership). Disqualification: Late submissions, canvassing, false/incomplete disclosures, or failure to meet the 75% functionality threshold.

Scope: Provide JD Edwards (JDE) functional support services for 6 months (80 hours/month, as needed, paid when incurred; unused hours carried forward). Services: JDE version 8.12 functional support and maintenance, integration services, application upgrade support. Modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Accounting, Budgeting, Work Order Management, Sales Order Management, Expense Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, BI Publisher, Job Costing, Capital Asset Management, Audit Planning. Integration with: Transform, CRS, LIMS, Webstore, SharePoint, AS25. SLAs: P1 (Critical): 15-30 min response, 2-4 hour resolution. P2 (High): 1-2 hour response, 4-8 hour resolution. P3 (Moderate): 4-8 hour response, 24-48 hour resolution. P4 (Low): 8 business hour response, 3-5 business day resolution. Mandatory: Reseller/partner accreditation documentation. Bidders must define escalation procedures, support hours, and communication channels.

Quotation must include: rate per person, transportation costs (if applicable), disbursements, fixed price (with forward cover for foreign currencies). No advance payments; payment only upon service delivery as agreed. SABS not responsible for bidder costs associated with preparation or submission.
