Tenderers must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in a contractor grading designation of 1 ME or higher. Joint ventures are eligible if all members are CIDB registered and a certified joint venture agreement is provided. Tenderers must not be listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters or Transnet's restricted list. They must complete the Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire (T2.2-11) and have no conflicts of interest.

• Scope: Supply, deliver, and install 12,000 BTU air conditioning units at the Ogies Test Room under control of the Depot Engineer, Ermelo.
• Key personnel must hold an Airvent/Air conditioning and ventilation installation certificate OR an Aircon and Refrigeration service certificate accredited by merSETA or contemplated in SAQA Regulation.
• Tenderer must demonstrate capacity to execute the work within required timeframe via a detailed work program/Gantt chart, showing: logical sequence of construction, access dates, submission/approval timelines for Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality files, procurement of long-lead items, start date, access date, planned completion, key dates/sectional completion dates, completion date, and Time Risk Allowance (TRA).
• Provide list of equipment and resources available for the work.
• Health and safety requirements include a detailed questionnaire, cost breakdown, and evidence of safety programs, training, and incident tracking.

• Pricing must be completed electronically in the eSupplier portal.
