• Fully completed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
• Quotation on company letterhead
• Fully completed SBD4 (Bidder’s disclosure)
• Fully completed SBD6.1 (including Preference Schedule)
• Tcs pin
• Fully completed AFD Statement of Integrity
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)

Submission must be made to the address/email indicated in the contact details by 11:00 am on 9 January 2026. Late submissions will be rejected.

Supply and deliver gabion material to Table Mountain National Park (Klaasjagersberg Complex, Cape Point, Plateau Road, Simons Town, 7975). Required items:

• 10 pre‑cut gabion baskets 1 m × 1 m × 1 m, Class A galvanised, 0.50 mm PVC coating, cross width 80 mm
• 10 pre‑cut gabion baskets 1.5 m × 1 m × 1 m, same specifications
• 5 pre‑cut gabion baskets 2 m × 1 m × 1 m, same specifications
• 1 gabion basket 4 m × 1 m × 1 m

All items must meet the above material standards.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Provide proof of CSD registration. Submit BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) if claiming preference points under HDI or specific goals, as per SBD6.1 Preference Schedule. All required SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and the AFD Statement of Integrity must be completed.
